2. What Data Is Processed?
2.1 User Profile (optional)
For calorie calculation you may optionally enter the following information:

Entering this data is entirely voluntary. The app is fully functional without a profile.

2.3 App Settings & Programs
Settings (appearance/theme) and custom training programs are stored locally in a DataStore on your device.
3. No Transmission to Third Parties
No data is transmitted to external servers, services, or third parties. The app does not communicate with the internet and requires no internet connection to operate.
The only exception is optional in-app purchases (voluntary donation feature) — see Section 5.

5. In-App Purchases (Donations)
The app offers an optional donation feature via Google Play Billing. When using this feature, Google's privacy policy applies:

MexMox only receives confirmation that a purchase was completed. Payment data is processed exclusively by Google and is not accessible to MexMox.
6. Data Storage & Deletion
All data is stored in the app's internal storage on your device and is not accessible to other apps.
Data can be deleted at any time by:
- Deleting individual training entries directly in the app (Training History)
- Resetting the profile via Settings → My Profile
- Clearing all app data: Settings → Apps → Sport Interval Timer → Clear Storage
- Uninstalling the app deletes all stored data
7. Backup & Export
The app provides an optional export function allowing you to save your training programs and history as a JSON file on your device. This file remains exclusively on your device (or the storage location you choose). MexMox has no access to exported files.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
As all data is stored exclusively on your device and MexMox has no access to this data, you can exercise all GDPR rights directly through the app's functions or by uninstalling the app:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): All stored data is viewable directly in the app
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): Data can be edited at any time within the app
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): Data can be removed at any time via the app or by clearing storage
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): The export function allows downloading data as a JSON file

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
